This past Saturday we had the chance to attend #BCFest and to document the street style that is prevalent in our area. I love attending these small festivals because it gives me such a feel of the crowd and I can always spot the coolest style there. This was my first BC Fest and I’m hoping it isn’t my last.

The atmosphere there was laid back and chill (literally, it was COLD!) but that didn’t dissuade anyone from bringing their A-game with their outfits.

A few things that stuck out to me while at BC Fest:

1. Prints are in! In all shapes + forms, wear the print. The more the better.
2. Backpacks are a necessity. Especially for those ponchos + extra layers for the cold & sometimes rainy evenings.
3. SHOE GAME! This was by far my favorite of the day. I love me some shoes and seeing everyone’s shoe game made my heart flutter. Boots, sneaks, sandals, & Birks, Oh my!
4. Accessorize. Bring on the hats, glasses, jewelry, & fun socks.
